Dave Prior – Campfire

Following the release of last year’s successful auto biography “A man Walked into a Bar”, Dave has been busy in the Studio with Lindsay Waddington at Kross Kut records recording his new single “Campfire”. Written by Lindsay and Peter Salata,

“Campfire” combines an infectious melody with a western swing feel.It’s been years since Dave has released a radio friendly single and he’s excited! “I just loved the song when I heard it and couldn’t wait to cut it” he said.

Lindsay gathered a whole team of A list musos and the result is a well-crafted tune. Dave recalls many nights sitting around the campfire while growing up on Hamilton Downs Station, west of Alice Springs.
