Ray Macartney – Drivin

This is the fourth single release from singer/songwriter/farmer, Ray Macartney’s album “Unfinished Business.
There’s a bit of history behind this truckie song.
The idea for the song was written by lead guitarist Gary Ingram who was in my first band back in the mid 70’s. All these years later I decided to take it away on holidays and work on it.
I re-write the story line of the song, turning it into the day to day life of a truckie.
With some great drivin guitar, from Paul Gibbs, along with his production sets this song up as a great drivin truckie song.
