Ken ‘Chainsaw’ Lindsay – Big Water

After reading about Australia’s deadliest flood at Gundagai in 1852 I was inspired to write a song about the incident.
I joined with Angus Gill and the song ” Big Water ” was born.
The song tells the story of two brave Wiraguri men who saved sixty nine lives when a devastating flood hit the pioneering town of Gundagai.
The song is the first single release from my fourth album titled ” My Favourite Place “.
The album was produced by Lindsay Waddington at his Kross Kut Records recordings studio featuring some of Australia’s finest country music musicians.
