Craig Lloyd – Take The Wheel

Craig Lloyd has led a colourful life, from Scotland Yard in England, to the Melbourne Metro Fire Brigade, to CEO of one Victoria’s biggest Councils, but it was in a little country hall in rural Alexandra that he rediscovered his love of country music.

After a ‘Taste of Tamworth’ concert he was encouraged by Lyn Bowtell to attend the Academy of Country Music. That led him to team up with Lachlan Bryan to write his first single ‘One Last Time’ which went to #1 on the AMRAP Charts and Top 10 on the UK Country Airplay charts.

His new single ‘Take The Wheel’ is a Garth Brooks style ballad, co-written and produced with Golden Guitar winners Carter & Carter at the helm.

Craig says ‘Take The Wheel is a story of hope. Hope that a greater being can help to guide and steer us through difficult times of loss, fear and regret.”
