Shaza Leigh delivers an outstanding traditional bush ballad with her latest single “Lawson’s Legacy”.

The songwriting team of Shaza Leigh & Billy Wye won the “National Songwriter of the Year” with Shaza’s 2021 modern bush ballad and number 1 hit single, “The Old Homes Gone” and this song, her 2022 single is a tribute to the late and great bush poet, Henry Lawson to commemorate the 100th anniversary of his passing on September 2nd 1922.

Beautifully recorded with legendary guitarist and record producer, Lindsay Butler OAM at the iconic LBS Studios in Tamworth with a selection of Australia’s best session players, this track has bush ballad pedigree stamped on it.
