Steve McNaughton – Cold Wind Blowing

Cold Wind Blowing is the story of a young man in a longstanding and loving relationship with his girlfriend, whom he starts to suspect, may be having an affair.

When he discovers she has cheated on him with his best mate, he takes it very badly and feels double the loss of a simple infidelity. Then, when his girlfriend seems flippant, does not understand his grief, and attempts to salvage the relationship, he is cut even more deeply.

His reaction is to leave home and take an overnight bus trip, during which he finds solace. He decides to make a fresh start elsewhere, convinces himself he has done the right thing, and gets a sense of support from some other passengers.
