October completes as a magical month for Sisters in Country (Jodi Vaughan & Aly Cook). Country Music Powerhouses, ‘Sisters In Country’, were announced as Winners of the ‘International Artist Of The Year’ Award, for their single ‘Hey Jolene’, at The Tasmanian Independent Country Music Awards. And in NZ Aly Cook received the coveted ‘Scroll of Honour’ and Jodi Vaughan was presented with the prestigious ‘Benny Award’.

Following on from 2 national number one hits in Australia, with ‘Hey Jolene ‘ and ‘That’s What We Do’, comes the much anticipated 3rd single from Country Music Powerhouses ‘Sisters In Country’ ‘My Heart’s Already There’, which is full of rich harmonies and skilfully produced by Jodi Vaughan.

Jodi Vaughan talks about the song  “…Touring is always hard being away from family and for me making my way home is the best. Anyone can relate to this song, as travel is a way of life these days. Recording this song was quite emotional, as both Aly and I have toured leaving our families behind.The good thing is after the trip there is always the welcome home, and best of all knowing before we get home, our hearts are already there”.
