Wal Neilsen – Trouble Me

Wal Nielsen has announced the upcoming release of his single ‘Trouble Me’ on Friday 19th April—the first song from his EP ‘Detox’, to be released later in 2024.

It marks a new phase in Wal’s career, with a more contemporary and harder edge than his previous work.

This release marks an exciting new collaboration with Josh Setterfield, one of Australia’s fastest rising country music stars, and there’s a funny story to how it came about.

The ‘Trouble Me’ single was born in Wal Neilsen’s hometown, Maryborough QLD. The song was inspired by a big night out with a girl that he had a crush on in 2019. ‘Trouble Me’ highlights young mischievous love at its finest.

The single launch will be at Spotted Dog at Railway Hotel, Bundaberg on April 20th.  In support of the release, Wal is playing a string of shows spread across Queensland. Some of these towns include Tannum Sands, Eidsvold, Boyne Valley, Moore Park Beach, Tiaro and Biggenden. For a full list of tour dates visit Wal Neilsen
