Chantell Alexi – Young & Beautiful

As most of us have, I have had my moments of insecurities and inadequacies at times when I observe young women, fresh out of high school, bright eyed and bushy tailed, who are already achieving goals and doing well with their careers. And in those moments of weakness I would compare myself to these girls, thinking of what I hadn’t achieved yet by that age and what I still haven’t achieved at my age now and I start to feel as though I’ve missed the boat.
However, at the end of the day, we all have different journey’s in life and go through different struggles, and when I learn not to compare myself to others I discover a very important fact, that I like who I am and how far I have come over the years
