Dan Higgins (feat Brendan Smoother) – Rain

Following the release of Dan Higgins’ debut album ‘Make Love Enough’ with chart topping singles such as Isn’t It A Shame, Ain’t Gonna Bottle It Up and Be The Moon For You, Dan has teamed up with fellow acclaimed country artist, Brendan Smoother to write and record his latest single Rain which was produced by multi Golden Guitar winner – Matt Fell at Love Hz Studios.

Rain is a song about facing drought and how people who especially live on the land rely on rain for their livelihoods and future.

“I started to write this song in the middle of the big dry spell a couple years ago while traveling up the New England Highway. The sparse dry landscape broke my heart and it sparked a thought that we often forget how much we depend on rain until we need it most. We have been through a lot as a nation and in times of need we should always remind ourselves to look our for each other, help and pray where needed,” say’s Dan.
