Terry Bennetts – Desert Rose  

Many years ago while working in the East Kimberley, Keith heard stories of a beautiful young Aboriginal women known as Desert Rose and he wrote a poem about her and the young Man she befriended out on the Tamami Desert where he was doing survey work for a mining company.

Terry wrote the music and was helped out by Peter Denahy on Fiddle, Mark Donohoe on Bass, John Bennetts on Drums and Chris and Courtney Murphy Harmonies and Piano.

Terry played all Guitars, produced and recorded the track in his Red Dog Studio in WA.
