Andy, the renowned artist behind hits like “All The Ways” and “Love, Lies & Dirty Dishes”, is thrilled to announce the release of his latest single, “Shades On Me”, marking the title track of his highly anticipated fourth studio album.

While Andy is often recognized for his signature blend of Country blues and alternate styles, “Shades On Me” represents a more contemporary approach, showcasing his versatility as an artist and his deep appreciation for the diverse tapestry of country music subgenres.

Commenting on the inspiration behind the single, Andy shared, “‘Shades On Me’ explores the dynamics of a breakup between two individuals with contrasting personalities, set against the backdrop of our hyper-connected social media age. It’s a really light-hearted reflection on navigating the complexities of modern relationships, where perspectives on moving forward can vary quite a bit.”

Andy collaborated with acclaimed Canadian musicians Matt Teed and Eli James in crafting the song, harnessing the power of technology (aka Skype) to bridge geographical divides and create music that resonates across borders. Andy then travelled to Canada to record the single and album, which was overseen by the highly talented and award-winning producer Shawn Moore.
