Peter’s latest album ‘Full Circle’ released late 2019 has certainly delivered great success for Peter, with a majority of story songs from his own pen picking up numerous award finalists and winners, including a 2021 Golden Guitar nomination with his song ‘Two Old Bushmen’.
‘Bundanoon is Brigadoon’ embraces the mighty Scottish festival held each year at Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands of NSW and is from Peter’s current album. One of the largest gatherings in Australia, many thousands attend this annual event in April (April 17th 2021) to enjoy the amazing array of Scottish pipe bands, Highland games, food, and a special steam train to bring patrons along.
Being of Scottish decent, the event struck a chord with Peter hence the song.
