Ben Walker – Railway Train
Sydney based Singer Songwriter Ben Walker, gives us our first taste of his debut album “A Place I Like To Go To” delivering the intriguing and captivating “Railway Train”.
Talking about the song, Ben says: “Growing up I lived in the countryside in the UK. Near the house was a large field and at the bottom a railway line. When I used to go into the city, I’d travel home and the train would pass the field, tantalizingly close to home – before turning a corner and disappearing 2 miles away to the train station.
I’ll never forget that feeling of frustration – why can’t I get off here?! When life takes me in a direction I don’t want to go or someone invents some “tracks” I have to follow, I often think of that trainline – I may not be able to get off right now, but I’ll be home soon.”.
